All proceeds will be donated to Women’s Leadership Collaborative, a collection of professional women in the Milwaukee area focused on achieving equity.

Sasha J. Parsons Waters has a long history of developing and facilitating leadership development programming. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion especially supporting the empowerment of women, minorities, and others currently underrepresented in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Her desire to help others achieve their goals stems from her background as a Human Resources Professional, her entrepreneurial experience founding her own event planning company, Sasha J. Events, LLC, and her involvement in the community. She is a member of the TEMPO Emerging Women Leaders and serves on the TEMPO Women’s Affinity Alliance Advisory Committee and the advisory board for Beyond STEM and the Inclusivity Advisory Board of Just a Girl.
