Coffee With… Brad Schlaikowski, Co-Founder and ED of Courage MKE

Join us for an opportunity to connect with last year’s Distinguished Leader Award Winner, Brad  Schlaikowski! In 2015 Brad and his husband, Nick founded Courage MKE. Their mission is to fuel a collaborative movement to provide housing, resources, and services needed for displaced and homeless LGBTQ+ youth in Milwaukee to thrive. In March 2019, Courage MKE opened Wisconsin’s first home for displaced LGBTQ+ youth on Milwaukee’s south side serving youth ages 12-17 from across the state. Brad and Nick live in Wauwatosa and have five children of their own.

This free, virtual, members-exclusive series allows young and emerging leaders to learn from the trailblazers running some of Greater Milwaukee’s most important nonprofit and community organizations.
