Justin has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Civil Engineering from UW-Milwaukee and environmental engineering masters work at Milwaukee School of Engineering. Along with co-founding Reflo in 2013, he has worked as an environmental consultant for 10 years working on green infrastructure, alternative energy, and brownfield remediation projects.

Join us for a member-exclusive discussion with Devin Hudson, the Executive Director at Silver Spring Neighborhood Center! Devin Hudson has worked at SSNC for over seven years. In May of 2019 Devin was promoted to Executive Director. Prior to serving as ED, Devin held the position of SSNC’s Development Director for five years Her work experience also includes roles the for-profit world, including at total of 13 years as an account executive at Milwaukee Ratio Group and Clear Channel Radio. Devin holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Professional Communication from Alverno College.

Join us for an opportunity to connect with last year’s Distinguished Leader Award Winner, Brad  Schlaikowski! In 2015 Brad and his husband, Nick founded Courage MKE. Their mission is to fuel a collaborative movement to provide housing, resources, and services needed for displaced and homeless LGBTQ+ youth in Milwaukee to thrive. In March 2019, Courage MKE opened Wisconsin’s first home for displaced LGBTQ+ youth on Milwaukee’s south side serving youth ages 12-17 from across the state.

Coffee With… Leen Bnyat, Grants Manager at gener8tor

Join us for an opportunity to connect with last year’s Emerging Leader Award Winner, Leen Bnyat! In her new role as Grants Manager with gener8tor, Leen continues to work with nonprofits to bring entrepreneurial, workforce development, art, and music programs to communities nationwide. She also currently serves as Secretary on the Executive Board for the Peace Learning Center of Milwaukee. Her previous work experience includes serving as the Child Nutrition Program Organizer at Hunger Task Force and as PATCH Youth Advocates Fellowship Implementation Manager with the Wisconsin Alliance for Women’s Health. In her free time, Leen enjoys recording for her upcoming podcast titled “The Spark Podcast”, running her virtual event planning business, and cooking dishes from her native land of Damascus, Syria.
