Mindful Gratitude and Finding Peace Amid a Pandemic

Life during COVID-19 is putting everyone to the test, not least of all, nonprofit professionals. From three hour Zoom calls and remote management to worries about health, safety, and lost revenue - nonprofit professionals are feeling the economic, social, and personal strain of life under lockdown. NOW more than ever it's essential to care for your mental and emotional health.

Join us for an opportunity to retreat, reflect, and recharge as we learn how to incorporate mindfulness and gratitude into our lives and work, especially during this challenging time. Mindful gratitude can bring deeper connections to the people, places, activities and experiences of life. It can heal and build relationships. It can be an antidote to sadness, loneliness and stress and a lifeline in our darkest hours. But mindful gratitude is NOT a platitude. It’s a life PRACTICE based on skills that can be learned and developed. It's an intentional investigation into the endless ways in which nature, human ingenuity, and countless individuals, near and far, support every aspect of our work and lives. The interactive Mindful Gratitude workshop combines three research-based wellness principals - mindfulness, gratitude, and journaling - to help you relax, reframe the stories of your life, and stay centered in a world that seems to be changing by the minute!
