Lynnea Katz-Petted is the Chief Executive Officer of Revitalize Milwaukee, an organization working to stabilize and revitalize vulnerable neighborhoods by providing free, critical home repairs to veterans, seniors and people with disabilities in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties.

Lynnea Katz-Petted, CEO: Revitalize Milwaukee is currently operated under the direction of Lynnea Katz-Petted, CEO. Ms. Katz-Petted holds a BA in Business and Management and has extensive successes in building collaborative relationships for the good of the community. Ms. Katz-Petted is a well-known and respected non-profit professional who has magnified the impact of Revitalize Milwaukee. Lynnea has over 30 years of experience in corporate & nonprofit management, financial services, marketing and sales. She holds a BA from Alverno College and served as an appointed commissioner on the Board of the Department on Aging in Milwaukee County for seven years. Currently, Ms. Katz-Petted is the President of the Medical College Cardiovascular Center Board.
Ms. Katz-Petted oversees all components of housing program, fundraising, operations and collaborative activities of Revitalize Milwaukee. Under the direction of Ms. Katz-Petted, Revitalize Milwaukee grew from an organization providing housing rehabilitation projects in a one-day event for 10 homes, to a year-round agency that responds to the complex needs of over 650 vulnerable homeowners in 350 unique properties. In the past 10 years alone, RM grew from an annual operating budget of $42,000, serving only 14 properties, to the current budget of slightly over $1,500,000 and serving over 350 properties in 2017. Since the founding in 2000, Revitalize Milwaukee has invested over $14.5 million dollars in housing rehabilitation projects on nearly 3,800 properties.
